For those not conversant in Hindustani the title of this series of EMI releases means ‘my choice’ or ‘my favourites’. Now, whether the artists did, in fact, select these tunes from their vast repertoire or not is not known, but these volumes do indeed capture some of the ‘Best of’. In this volume the Bengali pop sensation Runa Laila entertains us with mostly film songs from the studios of Lahore and Karachi.
